Additional indoor and/or outdoor livings spaces may be added to the Essentials Showcase package and will be presented in our proposal after initial preview of the home. Prices for additional living space/s range from $150.00 & up; as it is based on the total furnishings and décor accessories incorporated into the room/living space/s.

OPTIONAL: Additional daily furnishings rental is available after the first 42-days .

*Fees are based on amount of furnishings and décor accessories necessary.

**Daily Furniture Rental Fees range from $15.00 - $50.00 per day per room based on the number of furnishings and decor accessories incorporated into that room/living space. The actual amount will be presentated in our proposal after the initial preview of the home.

Occupied Home Styling

Consultations:

Consultation fee is $150.00 per hour and payable at the time of serivce. Consultation fee can be credited towards a Home Styling Package.

Home Styling Packages: Occupied home staging service are tailored to address your specific requirements. Fees are based on scope of services selected.

We showcase the home's appeal and maximize the visual online photos. You may also elect to rent furnishings and decor accessories directy from us.
